Yog Sadhna Ashram

Yog Sadhna Ashram has been a supplementary unit of the Yogic Treatment and Research Center that is run in a successful manner. It is an independent body.
Many learners and seekers collectively and personally showed great desire to learn yoga in this ashram with enthusiasm. ashram conducting yoga classes in morning and evening since last over 48 years.
The ashram conducts 6 months and 3 months certificate courses in Yoga. It also conducts 1 year diploma course in Yoga recognized by State Government of Rajasthan.
6 batches of 90 Working Days Certificate Course on Yoga and Naturopathy was conducted at this ashram with Rajasthan State Livelihoods and Development Corporation (RSLDC) and sponsored by Govt. of Rajasthan on very meager fees.
Three and half yrs Diploma in Naturapthy and Diploma inYoga (NDDY) sponsored by Gandhi Smarak Samiti, Delhi.
In the Ashram, Naturopathy treatment is provided for all types of major and minor diseases are being treated such as Diabetes, Asthma, Gastric Troubles, Obesity, Heart Ailment, High Blood Pressure, Sinus, Tension and Mental Disorder through Naturopathy.
Meditation is conducted for spiritual progress and mental peace regularly in this ashram.
Research on subjects like yoga, meditation, ayurveda and naturopathy are successfully carried out in the Ashram.
Library has all kinds of books related to methods of YOGA, YOG and Health readily available.

Outdoor patients could come regularly in the morning/evening and classes for Yoga practice and treatment.
Indoor patients are given separate wards for male and female. They can stay couple of days and months.
There is a clinical laboratory for testing urine, blood, stool etc. Yoga and Naturopathy treatment starts after testing.
Homeopathy treatment is also given free by doctors.
Pure vegetarian food is served to patients in Yoga and Naturopathy treatment in our food court at extra cost according to their requirement and separate Juice outlet in which we provide juice of vegatbles /fruits.
In the Ashram, there are Physiotherapy facility such as roller massager, vibratory belt and health walker.
We have 24x 7 ATM facility to access money and moreover we have arrangement for foreign exchange by authorized money changer/ Western Union etc.
The ashram is located in the heart of city and well connected by Railways/ Airports/ Bus Terminals within drive of 10 minutes approx.
Our ashram is equipped with Solar Energy Power system for energy conservation, in the event of power failure this system works as a backup.
