  • Special yoga class to keep body healthy & attractive is held from 7.30 to 8.30 a.m.
  • Senior citizen 8.30 to 9.30 a.m.
  • Individual yoga exercise 4.30 to 5.30 p.m.
  • Yoga exercise collectively 5.30 to 6.30 p.m
  • Meditation & pranayam 6.30 to 7.30 p.m.
