Swami Anandanand Ji Founder
In the year 1969, Swami Anandanand Ji established Yog sadhna ashram in order to get rid of the major and minor sufferings of the people without medicines through Yoga. He was an active member of the Central Advisory Board for Central Council of Research in Indian Medicine and Yoga, Govt. of India.He was the founder President of Yog Sadhna Ashram.
Swami ji was a devotee of yoga and during his childhood he interacted with yogis, sanyasis and other intellectuals, that motivates swami ji to inquire into the scientific foundations of ancient knowledge. Anandanad ji was equally proficient in other yogic methods especially in Kundalini Shakti Sadhna. Swami Anandanand Ji was a silent Karmyogi and an expert in Hathayoga.
He had been Incharge of the only Government Yoga Research Institute in India for 15 years. During this tenure the efficacy of HathaYoga procedures for the cure of chronic diseases like Diabetes, Asthma and Gastric disorders were tested. Swami Anandanand Ji was an iconic figure in the field of Yoga.
Yogini Dr. Pushplata Garg Chairperson
Yogini Dr. Pusplata Garg is the Chairperson of Yog Sadhna Ashram. She is Vice-President of International Naturopathy Organization.
Dr. Pusplata Garg did systematic studies in Sanskrit and yoga. Not only this has she worked as Incharge of Government Yogic Treatment-Cum-Research Center, Jaipur. She has organized various camps in main cities of Rajasthan, Madya Pradesh, Such as Kota ,Abu Road, Ratlam, Patna etc.
To get awareness in Yoga and to make it popular she has conducted camps in foreign countries like Finland, Austria, Hungry, Taiwan and New zealand.
She has been Honoured by Governor of Rajasthan in year 2002 for her significant contribution in yoga,.

Yog Sadhna Ashram is spreads in 2500 square yards with beautiful lush green garden and picturesque ambience. Yog Sadhna Ashram has 30 rooms in total, 3 Story building and one pathological lab, one free homeopathy dispensary, one temple for worship and Vedic rituals.
